The Aspen Dental office in Valparaiso is wonderful. The staff is very professional and efficient and made me feel very comfortable at all times.
I have visited this office probably 5-6 times now. Cindy is my hygienist and does a very thorough job not only cleaning my teeth but also giving me suggestions to improve my dental health. Always happy to see her. The best hygienist I've ever had and I've had some pretty good ones before. Some days I've waited a little long but never an unreasonable amount. I also had my wisdom teeth removed here and had no issues.
I was scared out of my mind, they took their time to make sure I felt comfortable mentally and physically. Before this I had never had a tooth pulled, 2 days ago I had to have all the tops pulled, awake and just numb. It was wonderful (never read that before lol) I had zero pain, just noise from the teeth and even that wasn't bad. I'm eating puddings and Jello type foods and no ibuprofen since last night. I highly recommend aspen, and will keep posting as I have my future appointments. Special shout out to Gina.. and Dr George!! Thank you both so very much
They’ll tell you that you need an exorbitant amount of dental work. Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion. But, the worst part of this cooperative dental office is billing and customer service. If you have any issues with billing, and more than likely you will, don’t expect anyone to return your calls. They would rather send you to collections. They don’t care about their customers.
