The 1 star is for the front desk associates. The Doctors are all wonderful! The ladies who schedule and check you in are so incredibly rude I don't understand how they all still have their positions. Awful people skills, short, not understanding or apologetic whatsoever and everything you ask seems like such an inconvenience to them. If I had not known how wonderful this group if Doctors was based on my experiences with the front desk staff I would've gone somewhere else. Don't let their rudeness stray you away from such caring Doctors. They need to run a customer service class for their other staff. It's been this way for years and it is ridiculous.
