Something definitely happened in transport...
Very quick service, almost Jimmy-Johnsian in its freakishly fastness. (This might not be the norm, but I'm not here to do a survey.)
Gentleman REALLY did not seem anxious to help me. Just shoowed me away and told me I needed the tracking number of a package I did not know I was receiving. He could have simply scanned my parcel notice and told me what my tracking number was but instead told me I had to research it and figure it out. Big hassle to get my package because photo ID does not match address on parcel (we just moved here). I was asked to return 4 days later. No customer service.
I'm wondering why my electronics package (pc) was not labeled FRAGILE or HANDLE WITH CARR or anything. I've yet to look, out of fear, and being very busy having moved, but my package rattled.
i ordered a monitor from best buy and they delivered it to the wrong address. still havent gotten it
I have used them for various things including I have a mail box at this location. Anytime I walk in the door I am always greeted. No complaints at all.
After examining, cards came it of their slots, and the heat sink was cracked. And as I indicated above, no markings to indicate fragile/electronics. It's evident that this package was tossed around...
