I have been this repair shop for my car needs since 2014; every time I go there, I get treated with respect. The staff members are very courteous and knowledgeable. .
Ernie's Shell saved the day! We were traveling from out of town today and had to be towed in. They quickly diagnosed the problem disabling our vehicle and promise to get right to it after lunch so we could be back on the road and home this evening. They really came through for us with all they had promised and for a reasonable price! I'm happily writing this review from my recliner at home nearly 120 miles away. Thank you ever so much!
Great gas, great service, experts at automotive work and towing.
I asked "Matt" at the front desk a simple direct question about my tire. He proceeded to reply with a terrible smirk and he laughed at me. I decided to not knock him off his feet, and called the owner the next day. The owner seemed like he couldn't care less about his tire jocky's mouth. No apology at all. Take your vehicle anywhere else. There are two good shops just right down lincolnway to the east like 10 blocks away.
They are polite, courteous, friendly and have good quality gasoline.
