I had an amazing experience today while Dr. Alvarez removed a fairly large splinter embedded under my 7 year old sons thumb nail. Dr. Alvarez was sympathetic and had so much patience! I'm so grateful I chose this urgent care center!
Front desk girl = rude like no other. Slamming my paperwork and pens around, almost frightening. She should go somewhere else if she hates her job. Didn't mean to inconvenience you by coming in with a child who caught strep. Embarrassing that my young daughter who was sick had to see behavior like that. I was glad they were quick and we were able to leave. Nurses & doctor were friendly.
Dr. Choudry was excellent. Prescribed just what I needed and not more. Front desk help could have been more friendly. I would return.
Wait was an hour, but the staff was great!!! Friendly nurses and doctor! They took great care of me.
