A few of the staff members come off rude here. I think the doctors are pretty great and the lady who checks you out at the end is always pleasant ,but have had a few instances where I felt that the staff was rude/short and treated me like a child. I know I am not the only one that has felt that way. You would think that maybe the staff would try and change their attitudes a little. Not good for a business. As a parent, my number one concern is my child and my child's health. Doesn't seem fair to be unpleasant and difficult to a concerned parent and one that has spent lots of money here.
The Doctor's here are the best. My kids all go here and I trust them all.
I have had wonderful experiences with this practice. I have found all the Dr's and nurses to be very professional and attentive and I wouldn't go anywhere else. We have used a few different pediatric practices over the years based on where we were living and by far they have been the best!!
Extremely kind and helpful. The doctors are very nice and are great with my daughter. Always gives me detailed answers for all my questions. Love them.
Our family has never had a problem in the over 6 years we've been. Dr. Campbell has been fantastic with examining my son and daughter. She answers each of my questions and concerns either in person or on their portal. While we do prefer Dr. Campbell, we have had need to be seen by other doctors at the office and have never had a problem or concern.
