I've had trouble finding a replacement belt for my cheapie vacuum and he not only had the replacement belt, but when the vacuum still wouldn't run he went to the trouble to service it the minute I brought it in. It was an easy fix and I appreciated that he took the time off another repair to look at my vacuum. Absolutely amazing!
I brought my vacuum in on Friday afternoon because the switch was working on and off. I thought I might have to wait a day to get it fixed, since they were open on Saturdays too. I walked up to two people standing around leaning on a counter, and I was immediately told "We are closed after tomorrow for a week" and unless i wanted to wait more than a week until they got back to town, they couldn't help me. They wouldn't even take a look at it; it might just have been a loose wire. Totally uninterested in my business or helping, just kept leaning on the counter waiting for me to leave. I was thinking that I was tired of cheap vacuums and maybe should look at some of the better ones they sell but I don't think they really care about my money. I'll go to the repair shop on Calumet, they're much nicer.
I walked in thinking that they were a small store and would never have the part I need. Plastic piece of course. I was thinking why not just replace that old Dyson and be done with it. With money being tight these days I gave it a shot. He had the part I need and will have the filter I need shortly. Dyson runs like new again. Thank you for a local shop being so helpful!!!!

Excellent customer service and very fare on their charges. This was the first time using them and I could not have been more impressed. Their attention to detail and knowledge will have me coming back again. If you ever need a Vacuum cleaner fixed or in the market for a new device, they are your guys.
