What a relief it was to have someone who listened and understood all my concerns and helped me get back on my feet after the car accident and medical problems I had. Everyone in the office is so nice and helpful. Even after everything was finished I could call a few months after and ask questions to make sure I was protected and they are more than helpful. Asked for help with a speeding ticket and had to call 3 times over the course of 2 weeks before getting through to an attorney. When I did get an attorney on the line, they said they could not help me because "they could not find the ticket"... My attorney in Illinois had no problem finding it so it makes me think they were being dishonest.
I retained this piece of crap law firm for a workers compensation claim. I got screwed by the person that i hired to help. The lawyer they assigned me every time i called i had to explain my case. I didn't hear from Allen until i started going off he still did nothing. I heard from him one more time when i told the lawyer assistant that they were fired. I found a different lawyer. Allen had the nerve to go off on me he was offended that i was firing his firm. I hired a new lawyer i had my surgery within 2 weeks. When it came down to settling my case my new lawyer said allen screwd my case up so bad that i only got little bit over half of what it was worth. My new lawyer had to start from scratch on my case because Allen law firm did nothing in a year and half they wasn't concern about getting me back to work
I called seeking some legal advise and was very pleased with prompt and courteous response I received from Allen Law Offices.
