I was prepared for a stereotypical BMV visit, however my last visit was quick, easy, and painless. Even though I had to write a hefty check, I was treated nicely. Be nice to them, they're just doing their job.
Very friendly service, even when they have to send you for a loop. In and out quickly.

As usual the service at the Valparaiso License Branch is spot on..! (I have visited this Valparaiso branch for many years)... Came in with 20 people ahead of me and was out in less than 20 minutes... The people here are always courteous and friendly.... Don't believe any of that nonsense about them being racist as I read here, typical of a certain group of people, when everything is just not their way here comes the race card..! I've never experienced anything here other than first rate treatment by fellow "Hoosiers"... Great license branch and I wouldn't hesitate to use it, ever..!
Would be nice if I could call the local BMV office without have to play your game of "wait me out" so I just hang. Very POOR customer service!!! I only gave this one star because I HAD to!
