My husband and I visited store #119073 in Valparaiso. We had a wonderful experience. Our sales associate was Daniel Spaliaras and he was very knowledgeable and not pushy. We had a price range in mind to stay close to, and he worked with us on that. He explained all the policies to us in a manor we could understand and was so kind and friendly. We ended up going back a couple weeks later, due to the fact I wanted a firmer mattress then what we purchased. (Thank goodness for the 120 night sleep warranty.) Once again he hooked us right up. I am very thankful we went there. We had shopped many other places. I would highly recommend this store to ANYONE who is looking for a mattress. Thank you Daniel, I hope you are there in another 8 to 10 years when I have to get another new mattress!
Jj did everything he could do in a very laid back fashion to get me financed and deliver to my door. Also got me in a mattress to my liking and not a high pressure situation at all.
I went in during Black Friday weekend to catch some sales. Staff was very helpful and was able to help me find a nice mattress for college. I go to school at ISU in Terre Haute so they were able to transfer my order down here for no extra charge. Defiantly will shop here again!
Just purchased a fantastic king size set from Nick at this store! Nick was incredibly informative and helpful the entire way! I kind of expected a "sales man" but was happily surprised when I got "customer service" instead... The best part is, my wife is going to be THRILLED tomorrow when the set arrives....
