Mike runs a very professional operation. He and Cody did a great job at a fair price. They take pride in what they do!
Cody and crew were everything exceptional customer service should always be. Prompt, courteous, attentive, respectful of our property and hard working. We were overjoyed with his performance and we highly recommend him to anyone. Above that, his is a US veteran and continues to serve his country as a volunteer firefighter. They came out and were straight forward band honest from the beginning. Installation took only 2 hours. Techs worked so fast didn't even know it was done. I was very impressed.
Would have loved to hire them, however apparently they are unwilling to drive 15 minutes from their office in Valparaiso for an after hours call in Jackson Township. Pretty poor customer service.
Very disrespectable and treats his employees like pawns in a chess game.....Has a close circle that if you are not in he can care less about you ..I came and worked for regional in july 2016 i guess work was overloading his schedule so he hired a couple of workers i was one of them....once work was caught up. I got let go...Sad part is i was promised a negotiation of my pay after 30 days but sadly 4 months goes by and when i asked about my pay is when i was called to the shop the day before thanksgiving for Mike to fire me....So sad that he couldnt wait till after christmas to let his employees go...Sadly my kids suffered because sadly i had no money to spend on christmas ...Worst christmas ever TY REGIONAL....Even had the nerve to send just a Christmas card with his family picture on it saying happy holidays a month after firing me...what was that some kind of joke? And if it was i didnt think it was funny.....Well they was far from happy...So no this company is not all what it is cracked up to be....I believe in carma and god dont like ugly... So with that farewell and god bless....
