Yeah that your workers that work on the ice need to stop standing around and doing nothing or just talking to a other worker. While There is a hurt kid laying on the ice cuz other kid pushed her down while using the learning how to skate walkers when it is being missed used when the kid new how to skate really while and that was 12 to 13 and there was also other one with him and I had to explain to one of the ice workers on what they were doing I also had to help the little girl and made sure she was ok. She was less then 6 years old learning how to skate for the first time and she didn't even have one of the start car walkers cuz the boy that pushed her down took it from her. When I went up to one of the workers that worked on the ice and I told him what happened and asked if I know what they looked like to show him and after I pointed them out he didn't even go and take care of it and didn't even go and make sure the little girl was ok and I had pointed her out . also when we went to bring are skates back to get are shose we were on the left side and the cashier that worked that lane was super rude to my husband and I she had shoulder length blonde hair as I went to set my skates down she just ripped them right out of my hand and my husband was starting to ask her a question and just ignored him then told us to get out of line when we were trying to get are shose .she was also rude. And very snooty with lots of attitude yelling at me about the ATM chip reader and rushing me. And yelling at me to sing it and didn't even give me a chance to pick up the pen before she started to say it and talking to me like I am mentally challenged and retarded we do not appreciate that what's so ever we were very upset cuz I actually do have a learning disabilities she needs to be fired .we are ur customers and pay money. This was are first time coming here to ice skate we were so upset. This was suppose to be a very special thing for us cuz it was the first time we have ever went skating with each other but it was not cuz of how was got treated and was discriminated. Things need to be changed. We may or may not come back if they don't and we will be letting are friends and are family what hsppend and if we do come back and still treated like we were today thin we will definitely call the Corporation for your company or the owners to let them know how good employees are treating their customers and nothing is being done so the one thing is that one girl that work the cashier with a blonde hair needs to be fired cuz she's just rude and disrespectful especially to her older these cuz I'm 33 years old and my husband's 42

My grandson and I spent most of our time laying on the ice - beginners.
Always a blast. Very resonable prices. Only $18 for both my son and I. Also 5 dollars extra for the skate aid for my son (mom needs it to though)
My wife and children skated beautifully.
The facilities are great and the staff is helpful.
Smells like sewer so brace yourself for that. Other than that it's a good rink.
