Kennedy Mazda staff worked very hard and long to help me get my Mazda Tribute. They went out of their way to make me the best offers with the best financing. I left the dealership knowing I had a dependable, beautiful SUV that suited every need I had in a vehicle. All the staff are nice and not pushy. They treated me with respect and kindness. I would recommend them to anyone.

We came into the dealership knowing what we wanted, but as we walked around the lot after the first test drive, we found something else and couldn't be happier! Thanks to Trevor for being patient with us as we took him on several test drives so we could find our perfect car.
I bought a new car from them about a year ago now. We did not have the best experience because they stereotyped my fiance and I because we are gay. We told them exactly what we wanted. One of the salesmen asked us if we would prefer the Beetle that was on the lot becuase it was "cute." We shrugged it off because we have experienced this kind of thing before and were trying to remain excited. The rest of the buying experience was nothing out of the ordinary becuase they didnt do us any favors and were not very transparent with us. The only reason I am writing this review is becuase when my fiance went in again to get replacement parts today the employee could not find his name in their system and he said to try his fiance's (my) name. He was then able to find the record and put the part in for transfer to their location and would call him when it was available. The next day he got the call and went in to get the part but they could not find it under either of our names. The employee finally found the order which they saved under the prefix "G." His exact words were that he did not know why it was saved like that and it was unusual. Thanks for being real jerks.
