Went in for a routine oil change. The service was prompt and very courteous. The work took about 20 minutes.
Friendly staff for the most part, the wait wasn't too bad last time I got my oil change. I have went here twice now, and got oil changes both times. Each time the sticker for the mileage was not on my window. The most recent time, I was not given a sticker at all. That's the worst thinf that happened, so overall my experience was good.
Loved my experience at the Jiffy Lube in Valparaiso. The guys were very nice, attentive and I was out in 15 minutes. I will be getting all my oil changes from there from now on.
Chain store. Expected quality
Just bought a new Chevy traverse, stopped in here to get it inspected and our oil changed. There was some confusion about our paperwork for the finance company but they were very professional. They did our inspection and oil change in 15 minutes. These guys were awesome!!! Thanks Jiffy Lube!!!
