Lawless is definitly the best in town! I would recommend going to Lawless auto repair for anything and everything! I have delt with them quite a few times now and everytime they beat the prices other shops gave me by a long shot. I even went in when my check engine light was on after auto zone told me it I needed a new catalytic converter. He ran it with his machine and said it was a error. He could have easily said it was true and put a new catalytic converter in when I didn't need one but he didn't! Check engine light hasn't came back on. Now that's a good mechanic! Hands down best shop in town! TRUSTWORTHY

My wife found this shop after we moved here from Texas. We had some work quoted there that was going to be about 275. The VW dealership quoted us almost 450. We took it here and they got us out the door in less than 24 hours for under 200. I’ve since take. My Armada there for brakes and again had exceptional work and service. We won’t go anywhere else now. We trust them and they do good work.

My sister took in her Caravan that was leaking coolant and overheating on Saturday 10/14. He told her that the thermostat was malfunctioning and that the radiator had cracked. She needed it fixed in a hurry, and they took advantage, charging her $60 just to refill the coolant. It started leaking again almost immediately, just a little at first. But then Friday 10/27, there was a huge puddle under the car. She refilled the coolant, but when she drove it, just a few miles to work, it overheated again. She called that day and was told that "Josh" wasn't in and she would have to call back tomorrow. She calls back the next day, and is told that he isn't in yet, but will call her back as soon as he gets in. He starts off hostile with her, and gets so aggressive that she doesn't feel safe taking it in. I call back and ask to speak to someone in charge. He answers the phone in a hostile manner, refuses to tell me his name. I just want to know who I'm talking to. He eventually tells me his name is Josh Lawless. Since his name is on the building, I guess he's in charge. I tell him that she's having the same problem less than 2 weeks after he fixed it. He starts arguing with me, that it's not LESS than 2 weeks, it IS 2 weeks. As if the repair lasting 14 days is somehow better than 13 days. It overheated the day before, but whatever. I tell him we brought it in to have the radiator fixed. He tells me, no, we brought it in because it was leaking. Fine, I remind him what he told her, and he changes his story. The radiator cracked and that's what was causing it to overheat. The thermostat was separate. It was only 2 weeks ago, I remember what he said. He says, if it's not leaking through a crack in the top right corner of the radiator than it's not the same problem, and it's not covered by the warrantee. I tell him that I don't know where exactly it's leaking from. He yells that he's not gonna diagnose it over the phone. I tell him that will bring it back in. I convince my sister to take it back, hoping we won't have to pay someone else to fix the problem that we already paid him to fix. We head out, but the van overheats on the way and we have to stop. He calls the house and yells at my mom when she answers the phone, is someone bringing in a van or what? She tells him that we're on the way, and he hangs up on her. They take the van back about 2 minutes and we get story number 3. The water pump is broken, that's what caused the radiator to crack, and the overheating. He wants another $170. After the way he acted we have no interest in giving anymore money to an incompetent, dishonest, bully, so we leave. He failed to properly diagnose and fix the problem, but instead of apologizing and trying to make it right, he throws a fit over the phone.
