Usually I've had a great experience with this company. I smoke a PRIME rib standing roast every Thanksgiving for my family. This year I received a CHOICE standing rib roast...not the same thing..I called 4 days prior to order said PRIME rib standing roast and when I got home boom. So I called to let them know of the mix up and was told well you need to call ahead and order a prime grade 3 days in advance and that on Xmas they would have some xtra at the store ...so to my family we will be having our traditional PRIME rib standing roast on xmas...from another beef provider.

The meat is good but the employees and petty. I just had to listen to two of them grumbling over packaging and pricing my hamburger order separately. The last time I was there the guy that was taking care of my order was very easily angered and showed it over asking someone else that worked there a question. I won’t be shopping here again. Wrapping up meat and Slapping a price on it really isn’t rocket science and they should leave their attitudes at home.
