Bounce N Around cancelled my inflatable at 10:15 when they were supposed to be there at 11. I was lied to, hung up on, texted to from a private number, and my $50 deposit was never refunded- after being told on the phone it would be refunded. Two weeks after my event, and several phone calls and voice messages later, no one has answered or called back, and my money was never refunded. I'm appalled by the business ethics of this company. I have nothing good to say about this place, and I recommended taking your party needs to anywhere but here.
Horrible! The only reason they are getting a star is because I have to. I will give them the benefit of a timely delivery and pick up, but that is all. When they delivered the unit, they broke a zipper. The delivery/set up guy asked if I had any duct tape. I gave him the roll of duct tape, and he "fixed" it. My 3 year old son and 2 of my nephews, 9 and 10, got into the bounce house and it began deflating. After calling them, they said that they would get another unit out. 4 hours later, they delivered another. This one, though bigger, was not what I had wanted. It was basically an obstacle course inside. It smelled terrible like dirty feet, not much room for jumping, and was dirty. After they left, I found the discarded duct tape roll in my yard from when they attempted to fix the original unit. Then the following morning when I walked around the side of my house, I found the wad of tape that must have been pulled off of the unit itself. Absolutely a disgrace for the amount of money I paid this company. I recommend that the company itself takes a good look into customer service and quality of service before continuing to lose would be lifetime customers.
My Inflatable kept collapsing and no one would answer the phone. I was unable to use it for msot of my event but still had to pay the full price
