The installation was very professional. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Arrived on time and worked hard all day. Excellent experience. Would recommend them to others.

Furnace went out today on the coldest day of the year and the owner came out and took care of the problem. Turns out 7 year old furnace was installed incorrectly (by a different company I no longer use). Unfortunately for me I needed a new furnace. The owner made sure I was taken care of and installed the new one on the same day. His whole team is very professional and courteous. I can not be more happy besides the fact that I only got 7 years out of a furnace, but it was not their fault.
This was our install. Couldn't be happier with the install and the duct cleaning job. Eric, John, Ramon all were very professional and thorough. I had a previous company install a furnace 6 years ago. I found out it was undersized and certainly not efficient. I feel you get what you pay for. I highly recommend Aire Serv of Valparaiso.
Aire Serv did a GREAT job on selling, installing, and explaining everything to me. Can't believe how quiet the furnace is compared to the 34 year old one I did have. Can't wait until summer to use the air conditioner! The guys that did the installation were so nice and took the time to explain everything to me. I can't believe how good they cleaned up afterwards. You would have never guessed I had a new furnace and air unit installed!!!
