I had my flooring installed last Spring. I have had a few problems - pop-ups, trim not installed correctly, chips from installation, etc that need to be taken care of. Jean the owner came out to check them out in June - she agreed that it needs to be fixed and "ordered" new trim. Then I received no word back. After numerous contacts Ron came out in October and I am stil awaiting someone to take care of the problem. I am just very surprised at this company and the owner's lack of fixing the job. I hate to write a bad review but I am at my wits end.
A couple of years ago Fashion Flooring installed out wood floor and we had some issues concerning communications and returning phone calls. However, the floor turned out beautifully. Since then, we recently had an undiscovered leak which did some damage to our floor and I called Fashion Flooring for advice on repair and the price to repair. The receptionist vowed an installer would return our call. It's Deja Vu all over again! NEVER got a call from anyone!
If I could this would have no stars... When you steal someones money you should not be allowed to be in business. Jean Carter took over 5 thousand dollars from me and I never received the product. Now I have to hire an attorney to get my money back. This woman is a shady business owner. Do not do business with her.
