Wonderful, been there 2 times, great care both times.
I used minute clinic for an annual wellness visit and what a nightmare! After waiting for 2 hours using their online check in system I finally got seen. I provided the paperwork I needed and the clinician had absolutely no idea what she was doing, I prompted her to do all the tests I needed and finally I had her call the Chesterton branch to find out how to do this (even though they advertise they do this service). I asked her to please upload the document to my company website (something that has been done successfully every year) and she didn't do it. Now I am fighting to get my wellness credit. Not sure what I paid $150 for, this women was incompetent.

This place is a joke! I took my 2 year old son there because he was going on 2 days with a fever. The nurse practitioner yelled at him when he was cry/screaming and scared about what she was going to do. She told him he could cry because this is a store and he would scare he customers. She took his temperature and listened to his chest. Then told me it was a virus. When I asked her if she was sure since she hadn't looked in his ears or throat. She said that my son would just scream if she did that then she accused me of just trying to get an antibiotic.
I took my son to a real doctor the next day and he had an ear infection and needed an antibiotic.
