Terrible experience. My friend was looking at a makeup palette and the Sephora employee didn't even try to encourage her to buy it. She looked annoyed that we were in the store so we ended up walking out! Did not expect this kind of bad service from Sephora....

Love this Sephora!!!! It's my personal favorite store, I only go to this location. The testers are always really clean, the tool stations are always full. The ladies always give great samples too. My favorite staff member is definitely Isa!! She's so knowledgeable, and she's gorgeous!! All of the staff members are awesome though, and very sweet. I am just getting into makeup and the Valpo Sephora girls have helped me so much. Don't be afraid to ask them for help!! They're so patient and kind, always willing to help.
Lenae Bondilla was the best helper at this location! She went and helped me find my perfect match foundation (NARS SANTA FE) and even went through helping me pick the perfect shade lip gloss for a night out on the town. Very friendly service and knew her stuff! Recommended the perfect skincare items for my combo skin. Definitely coming back.
