Failed to pay my insurance from closing 2-1/2 months ago. I've called twice and not getting a response. Supposedly I have to wait for the closer who apparently doesn't have 2 minutes in a 48 hour period. In the meantime my insurance company wants to drop me and the money was paid at closing. TERRIBLE customer service.
