Has a weird smell inside, but not that much of a bother. Fast and friendly, can taste the freshness in everything.
An 8" JJ sandwich is also twice as filling as a 12" Subway sandwich.

My brother happens to manage this one as well, and I know he takes his job quite seriously. Nothing to worry about here!
Jimmy Johns is one of the few food places where you don't have to worry whether what you're eating is clean and fresh or not. I know personally as I've worked here in the past, and they don't skimp on cleaning and food prep whatsoever.
Half the tuna that usually comes on my 15. Then proceeded to argue with me. Terrible customer service, and smaller portions than any other jimmy johns I have ever been to.
Kevin the assistant GM was extemely rude to me, rushed me though my order, and was talking to the other workers and staring out the window at me laughing when I left. I have never complained about customer service before, I worked in the food business for half my life. But if this is how the assisted GM carries himself what is that saying about the rest of the facility. The other jimmy johns in Valpo however was very kind. I called them by accident and they were really helpful. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
Bread is always super fresh.
UPDATE: Called to talk to the GM Rich and to my surprise he was even MORE rude then the first man! Never in my life have I been so disrespected. He proceeded to not just yell but SCREAM at me. I couldn't get a word in. Just a heads up, if you have any sort of complaint about this place I would just go straight to corporate, Kevin and Rich obviously don't handle complaints on a professional level.
