If you enjoy getting your pizza within the stated time frame this is mot the place to order from. Was told 40 minutes for pickup, it took 70, and the staff were very blasé about apologizing and trying to compensate us for the extra time that was wasted due to the fact that they could not meet their deadline.
I ordered by phone for pick up, a cheese stiffed pizza on a recommendation from the person who answered the phone and told I pick it in a hour only to get there and they made a deep dish. I was told I could take and pay for the for the deep dish or wait for a remake. I then asked for the manager who did offer to have the remake delivered. I still paid full price for the pizza which ticked me off. I drove 20 minutes back and forth and will receive my pizza 2+ hours later. I'm not looking for free pizza, but had I been the manager, the pizza would've been no charge. Live and learn.
This was my first time eating here and it did not disappoint. Overall the pizza was amazing and the cheesy bread did not disappoint! I will most definitely be coming back.
2 hours 10 minutes and still waiting. It better be amazing after waiting this long for a simple pizza. It’s not even a deep dish. They say they made us the wrong pizza and had to remake it.
We just ordered our first deep dish pizza tonight and had it delivered. It was so amazing!! The crust was cooked perfectly, the tomatoes were juicy and the cheese was melt in your mouth good. We also ordered wings and Italian beef and both were also excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant and deep dish pizza. It is the best I have ever had in the region. We can't wait to order another one and try some different toppings. YUMMY!!
