I had a terrible experience with this company after a family member of mine had a great experience. Services came at a cost of over $200 and I ended up with a laptop that still had a cracked hinge and was completely wiped clean. The computer was initially brought in for the hinge and screen to be fixed. I knew there was other virus or hard drive problems, but I simply wanted an assessment on those issues. Instead, I get a computer back that had it's motherboard removed and it's system wiped clean and a hinge that is still badly cracked! I did not consent to having the motherboard to be removed and the system wiped clean. The screen on the laptop in now black when it went in as purple and the hinges are still so badly cracked and damaged I can barely open the laptop. Expensive disaster which was only exacerbated by complete unprofessionalism from the employees themselves to the substandard work that they do.
