The complex is city meets nature. Since I've been here I've seen chipmunks, bunnies, and baby robins grace our yard with their presence, but it isn't over kill.
The apartment is spacious and great for the low price.

We looked at so many different apartments in Valparaiso and this is one of the best.
There is only one downside....the trains. We live 2 stone throws from the tracks and about 13 trains pass by daily. We are starting to get used to it, but it is annoying. However, I think the perks of this place make up for the 20 second annoyances.
Most apartments in this town don't have overhead lights or fans in the rooms which I think is ridiculous, but they do here. And you get a large yard or balcony. And the staff is really great here.
Our neighbors are nice and pretty quiet with the exception of one neighbor who occasionally likes to blast his car music.
My wife and I have been living here for 2 years now and it has been a blessing here. Staff had been pretty nice, if something breaks they are usually out right away to fix it. Happy being here. =)
Landlord ladies are mean and lazy. If they think u did sth"wrong", they want u to correct things in a sec.you cant have friends parking in the lots cuz there are only 6 spots for 4 units n you can't have ppl stay over night cuz the next morning they will call you asking "hey do they live with you? Are they paying rent too?" They even have old spies watching everyone 24/7. If they did sth wrong, they will never admit it. You will need to call 3 times to get them to send ppl to fix your sink. The most fun part is, They will try to charge you whenever they get a chance. They charge $50 for unlock the door if you forget ur key.
