It’s a nice and secure place to live. Buildings are old and small but has all the facilities. Laundry is there in the property. It is very good for two people or a small family. Maintenance people are living in one of the apartments, so they are available for emergencies. Usually, all the houses are occupied always and people here are nice and quiet. The management do keep restrictions but it is for the safety of the tenants.
Bad bad bad! Very cold in winter! Rent goes up when your lease is up! Manager people are slow and not efficient!
