Molly Maid was here today for the first time today. I can not begin to tell one and all what an awesome job they did. It was hard for me and my husband to reach out for help with cleaning our home but our choice was spot on. We look forward to their service on a continual bases. I have a rental that needed significant care/cleaning. The end result was great and I am extremely pleased with the service. But there was an issue initially. When I called Brad he was quick to respond, worked to resolve the issue, and even went to the property himself. As much as we want to hear "there were no problems, amazing company" that isn't realistic 100% of the time. So although I can't say that...what I can say is that this company does a great job and when there is an issue they will do whatever it takes to make things right and satisfy the customer. As a customer, I am glad to know a company stands behind their work.
Molly Maid does great work when they are done your house will be very clean my wife is from Turkey and she is very hard to please when it comes to things like this . But when the lady's were done cleaning she was very happy with the job they had done we will be using them again our house is very big and a lot for both of us to keep up with as we both have arthritis and other problems and both retired will work the investment of having Molly maid and help very good job thank you Russell and Sevay Goin Portage
