Told me my tv could not be fixed. Walked in a month later, it was hanging on the wall working just fine.
Technician was very rude and obnoxious. Have been using this place for various repairs for 3+ years--no problem. Today he tells me to go away and leave him alone because I was asking him several questions about blue screens of death I have been experiencing. Told him he's off my list of places to return to. Don't use this place!

They aren't quite advanced enough (or maybe lack the time or dedication) to handle more difficult to diagnose problems. They ran a few updates and tests and charged $120. The day after I got my PC back it crashed again; they did nothing significant.
