I called to wanting to rent a 3 bedroom but the receptionist swore she couldn't hear me. When I called her back she put me on hold cause she couldn't tell me what size the bedrooms were. When I got tired of being on hold I called her back but she would not answer me twice. Very bad phone etiquette & a great liar. I'm sure if I lived there things would be worse.

I used to live in these apartments about 3 or 4 years ago now. And I recently moved back. When I first lived here there weren't to many problems with the apartment itself. But the staff was not pleasant whatsoever. The maintance guys were rude and were not timely about coming to fix things. This time around is quite different. The apartment had quite a few things here and there that were wrong with it. They said "Maintenance will be there Monday to fix everything." I wasn't gonna hold my breath for that because of my previous experience. BUT they were here, Monday morning. The new maintenance guy was super nice and actually wanted to help. Though my new apartment had a few more kinks than the last, I'm pleased with how quickly he came to fix everything and how nice he was about it. I'm giving the 5 star to the new maintenance crew.
Looks nice on the outside, however there are sex offenders and drug dealing, police always there. Very unprofessional rude staff, especially Katie in leasing! Do Not Move There!
Katie in the leasing office has got to be one of the rudest people I have ever met. My sister and her husband lived in another unit there and had even more disturbing problems. One day while showering the maintenance men let themselves in to "inspect" the apartment. Problem is they had no problem inspected the master bedroom while she was showering. What grown men think that is even appropriate? She had no idea they were there when she opened her door to get her clothes. Luckily she was covered, but the scare was too much. When she called the office to complain Katie the manager defended her staff and said they had put notice out earlier this week. I'm sorry, but common sense dictates if you hear someone in the shower you can move on the next apartment and try again later. No respect for personal space, rude, and downright creepy. Two weeks to get air conditioning fixed during the summer...just a sad excuse for property management.
