This place is truly wonderful. The people here care about the dogs. They cuddle and walk my dog even more than I do. No need to pay for a luxurious place with wall decor and etc. When all your dog wants when you are away is love. My baby loves coming here. She would definitely rate this place with 5 stars.
Let my pup here for fourth of July weekend and she seemed to enjoy it. I was worried with the fireworks, but she seemed perfectly content when I picked her up.
They are really kind and accommodating to all our critters (a small zoo.) They give baths to your pets too.
Zero stars. Horrible smell. They were supposed to groom my dog and it didn't look like they touched him. Can't see outside kennels but they looked overgrown with weeds and bushes from the road.
I call this “ Pet Last Resort”. I had my husky stay here over Thanksgiving 2017. The lobby smelled awful, which should have tipped me off. But the kennel seemed ok, and there was no other place available, so we left him there. When we picked him up, he was FILTHY, SMELLY, and DEHYDRATED. It is very difficult to make a husky smell bad, but they managed it! They also said his bed had gotten wet from bad weather, so they said they washed it. I suspect it was soiled from neglect. My dog will never stay here again.
