I loved working with Boulder Bay! The staff was very friendly and attentive our needs. When I wasn't sure how to position our furniture to make the space look big and inviting, someone came out to help me stage my home. The real estate agent who helped us find our new home was very helpful and honest during our decision making process. She clearly cared about which home was best for our family and not just making a sale. My favorite part was the ornament we received at closing. It was a hand painted picture of our new home. We will definitely be using their services again!

I'm glad to say we have an agreement on a home in Valparaiso and will have our home listed Tuesday. I also would like to thank you for the great team you have, and especially the ones you have helping us. Crystal has tirelessly stepped up and showed us houses, some three times, and was a wealth of knowledge, you could never replace her, she is now family. Jen worked our deal, which was a difficult one, and was in contact with me from 8 am to sometimes 10 pm. Jim will be out Tuesday to list our home, and so far has been a real professional. Such a great team is a result of great leadership, thank you Lynda for helping me with my real estate endeavors.
