We moved in with our hot water heater on vacation. The maintenance guy is on site and fixed it within 30 minutes. He also fixed our boiler temp sensor right after we noticed it was faulty. We complained about the dishwasher and they got us a brand new one after 2 weeks. The communication here is exceptional and I would strongly recommend this place over any apartment complex in the area. Dana and Roberta are very friendly and the maintenance guy can fix anything
Cheap, crappy apartments, they only put temporarily patches and never actually fix anything. They also tell you that they will have someone to fix today and a week later it is still not fixed. They don't care about their tenants.
