Burgers are good! A little pricey. Nice atmosphere and very courteous staff.
Burgers are all specialty (think Red Robin, but slightly more upscale). Service is very good. Burgers are properly cooked. The ambiance is wonderful; very low key and designed to minimize noise. We enjoy every visit.
Good beer choices. Just went back the other night and got the Oktoberfest burger, I do think the food quality is not quite what it was from a couple of years ago. The wait staff was great though!
Food portions are large, burgers are huge, couldn't finish everything on plate. It's a nice twist to your everyday hamburger, definitely worth a try. You won't be disappointed.
Went there last night with my daughter. Started out fine. She ordered a cheeseburger, I ordered the street tacos and an order of guacamole. Got the guacamole first and it didn't taste like guacamole. Too much artificial like lime flavor so it was also kind of sour. Not how guacamole should be and not for their price. So when our food was brought to us, I politely asked the manager on duty/my waiter, Micah, if he could please take it back as it just wasn't my flavor. His response? Well I'm not taking that off your bill just because you didn't like it. I then further explained it did not taste like guacamole at all, it tasted too much like lime flavoring and I only took one small taste. He then walked off with it. Later when he brought the bill he said he took half off, but that was the most he could do. Really? I asked him how that is when the food did not taste right and I only had a small taste of it before sending it back. He told me how can he just take food back that I tasted and not charge for it?! Please note: both guacamole interactions with Micah above were met with attitude. Taking an item off a bill when it does not taste good is a standard practice at Just about any restaurant and is usually followed by an apology. I got neither. I got attitude and got stood over and looked down upon as he rudely told me he wouldn't take it off my bill. I felt confronted. I was made to feel like I was in the wrong and it was stupid of me to think my bad tasting guacamole shouldn't be paid for. Just a bad experience of bad customer service. I was planning to return in the beginning of our visit as there was a couple other menu items I planned to try, but Micah has personally assured I will not be returning. I don't know if he was having a bad night, assumed by seeing a single mother with her kid that I wouldn't tip well (I almost always tip over 20%), or maybe because my daughter is part black (because honestly nowadays who knows), but he was not professional.
This place was amazing! From the minute we walked in (5 adults and 2 children) they took such great care of us. On top of being patient, kind, and caring the food was outstanding!!!! Everything about this place was fantastic and we have found our new favorite stop.
