The Management team here is, I have to say so far my favorite - the maintenance have a bit of work to do but again... the management would get a 5 star rating from me and my family.
This place FINANCIALLY DISCRIMINATES aginst you if you are low income. Hot summer day, give us your money to rent the Clubhouse, Pool, tht is a different story. Jamestown residents owned by Williamsburg on the Lake. We (Jamestown) residients
Reasonable rent, older buildings but we'll maintained. Very professional staff. This is a short (9 month) stopover before leaving Indiana for Arizona. Would recommend for the low rent, animal friendliness and professional staff.
pay rent to Williamsburg, we (Jamestown Residents) can rent the clubhouse to access that amenity. However, the Pool and kids pool SORRY kids, your parents dont MAKE enough money to access that!! Not even College Institutations DISCRIMINATE against your financial situation but this PLACE DOES!!! I NEVER in my LIFE felt so segregated against because of my income...so sad the racial financial line being drawn here. I dont even KNOW how to explain this to my kids on why we cant access the pool??? Looks like i will take my Financial situation to DEEP RIVER water park, im sure they will gladly accept money no matter what color my skin, or how much is in my wallet...
I recommend this place for anyone with low income, pets and a family.
Our living experience has been very well here. We live on the lake so we have a very good view. Managers are very pleasant and straight forward. They get things done . Maintenance get to our apartment in a timely manner and are polite. We have two dogs and they are even friendly towards the dogs. We appreciate the staff and all they do for us and the complex. Any one with a complaint should make it clear to management instead of not doing so and complaining . Managers are friendly and more less leave tenants alone unless they need to address you with an issue and will be nice about it . I'm sure they can get firm if needed. That's managing . I would say come live here and enjoy .
