Generally, the burgers are pretty good, and a nice selection of different burgers for every taste. Sports on all the TVs. Have had a bad burger once in the past. You won't leave hungry. If you order a burger well, they will make sure it is well, but not burned.
Our experience with our waiter was horrible. It took 10min to get our drinks and she forgot we ordered extra Lemon and only gave us one each-last time I checked, extra means more than one. Than she gave us an excuse that is what management wants. Afterwards, we didn't see here again until after we got our food and felt like we were burdening her to ask for extra fries and ranch. Than we didn't see her until the end to pay. As my friend was using the kiosk to pay, the waiter was looking over her shoulder to read her review about our experience and tried to make us talk to a manager about "what she read" instead of sending it to Corporate. We spoke our opinion about our problem to the manager and hope its resolved.
I woul of given this location no stars if it was possible. My burger was cooked well. I asked for a rare and was told I could only get it medium well. I commented if a person pays this much for a burger I should get it how I want it. She commented "yes you are right" she never offered to try to get it cooked less. She never asked if we wanted more fries or anything else that was endless. Will never eat there again.
Really good burgers. I always get the petite version because I can't finish the big ones. Really good environment for kids.
Haven't been here in a few years but Google kept prodding me to review so, I guess this place is okay. A friend of mine works there so I've been avoiding the place in order to maintain face. 5 stars for Madison.
