Well, I gave a three star review several weeks ago when I stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday. No one cared enough to inquire as to why they didn't get a five star ( privately contacting me) so now I will publicly explain...
First, trying to get into my room, the door card scanner didn't work properly. The room seemed very clean at first glance. I immediately took a shower to get ready to meet family after my trip and the bathroom sink was very clogged. Not what I would expect from a hotel. I went outside to my vehicle where I noticed another vehicle had its door open. I went inside to inform the front desk and they said they would take care of it. After about 30 minutes of being back in my room I had to go back down to my vehicle and the door was still open on this random vehicle. I closed it myself which I was hesitant to do but felt someone should do it. The worst thing about the stay was in the middle of the night I realized something was poking me in the Sheetz and after dealing with it for a while I finally turned the light on and realize the bed sheets were covered in finger and toenails! I was absolutely disgusted and have never experienced anything quite like that. Sheets should always be changed out no matter if they have been used or not. The only reason they received three stars is because they took 25% off my bill. They would have received four stars if they had taken everything off my bill and giving me a free stay at a clean room in the future. Let's see if this hotel response and cares enough after this horrible experience!
Fast in/ Fast out... the place you say you'll never be back to but can't stop ordering create cases from!
Always created the minute you walk up to the counter. They suggest different packages that save you money, say Lake we want a cheeseburger couple cheeseburgers and onion rings and pop or maybe a shake, if there is a package to save you money they will suggest it, every time. Food is always fresh and hot and served with a smile
White castle in Valparaiso is great..! Still like to stop in periodically for a good old fashioned WS hamburger, the original.. Service has always been good here too and they still give a senior discount if you are an "old timer"..!...
Could be a little quicker with making food, st least let me know how long the food is going to take
