I have never paid for expensive tennis shoes before. I recently started working out so with the advise of my kids and grand kids I went to this store to buy a pair since all eight of them did and were happy with their purchase. The people were nice however 8 weeks later the sole of my shoe was coming unglued. I took them back to the store in the original box with the receipt and was told by the woman she would get with the owner to see if the company would back the product. She told me they only back the product for one month normally. However she took a picture of the sole and said she would get back with me after she showed the owner. Well its been almost three weeks and still no call. I just figured when you spend $150.00 for a pair of tennis shoes they should last longer then eight weeks! To me thats bad customer service. I would think anyone would agree. By they way she told me the shoes are only good for 300 miles anyways. Well i'm sixty years old and I didn't put 400 miles on them in 8 weeks. I only wore them at the gym. Needless to say you wont be getting any return business from me or my family or my gym mates!
