I stopped to ask for a tour and I didn't realize you had to call ahead. Very unfriendly for a small business. I will come back again because it sounds fascinating.
My first visit was with a large group of people from Palos Heights, IL. I knew my grandson would really enjoy having a tour since he is in Little League. When he visited me for 2 weeks this summer I arranged a tour for just him and me, and I ordered a bat with his name and state on it. Debbie took us through the factory and explained the process of making a bat and at the end of our tour, she presented him with his personalized bat. He was so surprised and he hasn't stopped talking about it. Thank you so much.

Took my 2 grandsons thru the tour I was very impressed! It was very informative, we actually went thru the process of working on a bat. From bare wood to adding logo onto bat.
Louisville for the tour there but very impressed with this instead, the other tour is automated, this tour was handmade custom
